  1. The services provided by Vicidial.host are based on the current service description at the time of order placement. The provider reserves the right to involve expert staff or third parties to provide the services, unless agreed otherwise.

  2. If active cooperation is required from the customer's end during the transfer of web space or data stored on the provider's servers, the customer must provide cooperation as per the provider's instructions and within the given timeframe.

  3. Unless agreed otherwise, the provider may demand advance payment for all services ordered by the customer for the respective period.

  4. All dedicated server and VPS packages come with a minimum service period chosen by the customer at the time of order placement. The contract and corresponding services will be automatically extended for the minimum service period selected by the customer.

  5. Upon expiration of the payment made by the customer in advance for the agreed term, the contract will be automatically terminated.

Regarding content limitations, the following applies to webspace packages

  1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their website is designed in a way that does not excessively load the server, such as by using CGI/PHP scripts that require significant computing power or above-average memory usage. Excessive loading refers to usage of server resources that noticeably impairs or even crashes server operation. The provider reserves the right to prohibit access to pages that do not comply with these requirements.

  2. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the following content is prohibited:

    1. Unsolicited bulk messages (spam emails) or web pages associated with spamming.

    2. Any scripts or applications that may impair or disrupt server function

For dedicated, colocated, and virtual servers, the following applies

  1. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the following content is prohibited:

    1. Unsolicited bulk messages (spam emails) or web pages associated with spamming

    2. IRCd, the service for Internet Relay Chat

    3. Any scripts or applications that may impair or disrupt server function, including other servers in the provider's network

  2. For dedicated, colocated and virtual servers, the following applies: If no other agreement has been reached, the following content is forbidden:

    1. Unsolicited bulk messages (spam e-mails) or web pages that are connected in some way with spamming.

    2. IRCd, the service for Internet Relay Chat.

    3. All other scripts and applications that may impair and/or disrupt the function of the server or other servers.

If clause 1 or 2 applies, the provider reserves the right to immediately suspend the webspace package or server. If other sites on the server or in the provider's network are affected by the customer's site or server, the provider may also take this action. The customer will be notified of any such suspension.

Furthermore, the provider may immediately suspend any server or webspace package that is used to operate any type of proxy service, such as VPN or TOR, if the provider has knowledge of abuse, fraudulent, or unlawful use.

In the event of such a suspension, the customer, not the provider, is responsible for any contract breaches. The provider retains the right to claim payment for the entire contract period.
